Acne Studios – Much more than just fashion

The ACNE project was founded in Stockholm in the late 1990s by Jonny Johansson, Tomas Skoging and friends. As the collective is interested in photography, art, architecture and culture, the project is divided into an advertising agency, a design studio, a web design and a film production agency, children's toys from Acne JR and the fashion department Acne Jeans. As the name suggests, the fashion branch initially focuses on denim, but later becomes Acne Studios and entire collections are born.

Today Acne Studios sells Ready to wear" fashion for women and men, for example outerwear, jackets, sweatshirts and hoodies, knitwear, t-shirts, dresses, skirts and of course still jeans. Also included are Acne Studios accessories like beanies, caps, bags and shoes. The Acne Studios collections captivate with typical Swedish, distinct design, attention to detail and a colorful selection of materials and fabrics.
